                                           SOLAR SYSTEM

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ONE DAY IN OTHER PLANETS?

One day is the time it takes a planet to spin around and make one full rotation. Here on earth it takes 24 hours.
HOW LONG ARE DAYS ON OTHER PLANETS OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM?

Option 1:A paragraph

we can write a para graph about how long days last on planets. On Mercury a day lasts 1,408 hours ,and on Venus it lasts 5,832 hours. On earth it takes 24 hours  and for mars 25 hours . The gas giant planets rotate really fast.Jupiter takes 10 hours Saturn takes 11 hours Uranus takes 17 hours Neptune takes 16 hours. lets see how it looks if we put it in a table.

Planet

Day Length

Mercury1,408 hours
Venus5,832 hours
Earth24 hours
Mars25 hours
Jupiter10 hours
Saturn11 hours
Uranus
Neptune
17 hours
16 hours

HOW MANY MOONS ARE THERE IN THE SOLAR SYSTEM?

Earth only has one moon, but some planets have dozens of them.Others don't have any.

mercury and Venus :

Neither of them has a moon.Because Mercury is so close to the sun and its gravity,it wouldn't be able to hold on to its own  moon . any moon would most likely crash into mercury and maybe go orbit around the sun and eventually get pulled into it.why Venus doesn't have a moon is a mystery to the scientists.

Earth of course has one moon, mars has two moons their names are Phobos and Delmos

The giant outer planets have many moons.Jupiter has fifty moons the most well known moons are Europa and Callisto. Jupiter has the biggest moon in the solar system,Ganymede this moon is so big you can see it with a pair of binoculars.

Saturn has the most moons in the solar system category with Fifty three moons Saturn's moons have names like Mimas , Enceladus , Tethy's. One of these moons are even named Titans, Titans also has its own atmosphere which is very unusual for a moon. Uranus has twenty seven moons, neptune has seventeen moons one of them is Triton it is as big as the dwarf planet Pluto.
